Website Analytics Tools – Free vs. Paid

We must always go for the best. Do not compromise on quality. Reject if it is not the best — not only the best in India, but globally”

– Dhirubhai Ambani (Indian Industrialist, Founder of Reliance Industries)

As the above saying goes, if you want the best outcome from your business, opt for the best people who can deliver you the best results. This is a globally proven logic that applies to anything, be it even the tools you choose for your business.  So it applies even to the web analytics tools you choose to analyze your websites.

What is the note-worthy difference between the paid and the free web analytics tool?
It is not the tool that makes the difference but the features. Though the tool remains the same, the features that come along with the paid site analytics version, gives you access to more statistics. With the help of these, you can actually make changes in your website that can bring about a drastic change in your traffic patterns.

But, when does ‘paid’ web analytics tool prove fruitful to you? When you have huge volumes of site traffic i.e. at least thousands and the traffic flow is steady. So if your website satisfies this, you can definitely purchase a paid version of web analytics tools.

With the website analytics paid version, you can get niche information like the keywords that drives more traffic to your site. Based on this info, you can make your website the way you want to. You can keep yourself up-to-date with the market trends by following the analytics. The updates of the search engines can be tracked and likewise the changes can be made to the site content.

So when you are in a search for Website Analytics services, make it a sure-point that you check on all the features that are offered by the service provider. Choose your tool based on the features that can prove most apt for your website and help you drive in voracious traffic.

PioneerMarketers is one such place where you can get the best suitable web analytics services. At PioneerMarketers, you can get customizable tools, designed just for your requirements. Remember the saying stated in the beginning, we stand as a pioneer in providing marketing services, hence PioneerMarketers can be stated as the best option you can get in the market.

Search Engines – Fool-Proof Way to Drive Traffic to Your Site

Do you know that in every one minute there 694,445 search queries?

Yes! Search has become the Second biggest online fad, first being Email. Over the last decade, search has become so prominent that the most dedicated visitors to a site are searchers.

If a person is searching for a product or a service, he/she would search for it in the Search engines. And if your website can provide them with the information they are searching for, you have good chances of converting the traffic into customers with your persuasive content.

But, how to do drive traffic from search engines? That’s a tough question. For that, we need to know how Search Engines work. The two biggest search engines we need to assay about are Google Search and Bing Search. So now let’s see what aspects these search engines consider…

1.    Crawling: Hope you have already heard of the ‘spiders’ that crawl to your website to check the content. These spiders are nothing but a code where the bits of the code visit your website and read all the content and checks all the links provided from one page to other. The spiders regularly come back to your site and check for the original pages. And this might happen at any point or intervals of time.

If the spiders can’t see or understand your content, they will not index or rank your pages. Henceforth, you need to write unique content that is both SEO friendly and relevant to your business.

2.    Indexing: The spiders not only crawl through your website, but store this data in its giant repository. This is known as ‘Indexing.’ The spiders store this information so that it can be used for the searchers. The spiders also check the relevancy of the content to the search queries by the searchers.

3.    Ranking: The most critical aspect of search engines. Based on the search engine rankings, the search engines deliver the most relevant content to the searchers. These rankings are assigned based on the constantly changing search algorithms.

These are basic ground rules you need to follow when you are looking aiming at driving traffic through search engines. Do your homework good and you can definitely bet about your traffic! Do not forget to keep yourself updated with the trends of Search Engines.

If you really find it tough to deal with the search engines, PioneerMarketers is ever-ready to help you out with the perfect solution. Click here to know about our Search Engine Optimization.

3 Ways to Boost Your Lagging Email Campaign Results

When marketers started email marketing way back in early 2000, most direct marketers thought it as a passing fad. Now, email marketing is leading the charts as one of the most effective marketing channel. But with severe competition, response from email marketing is taking a back seat.
In this scenario, how do you take email marketing to the next level? What are the options available to take email marketing to the next level?
Email Campaign Results

In our experience, we found successful marketers are using these three tactics to take email marketing to the next level .

Send Tailor Made Messaging to subscribers
Avoid sending irrelevant message to your subscribers. Instead, use tailor made content in all email communication that triggers interest from recipients.

Automate Email Campaigns for efficiency
Email campaigns tools help you to send, track and manage email campaigns with more ease and precision. With campaign automation software, you can create trigged messaging based on rules, increase email delivery rate, and get more responses. In addition, automation makes it easy for you to measure and track the open, clicks, and unsubscribe rate of the campaigns.

Targeting & segmentation
Segmentation of subscribers in your database and sending relevant offers increases the effectiveness of your email campaign.  You can segment subscribers into silos by different parameters. For instance, you can group subscribers by what they bought, or on how much they spend or by location, title, etc.  Email campaigns send to subscribers will generate more response than sending generic offers to entire users.

Final Thought…
Time and again, we've seen companies dramatically campaign response by using these points in your campaign. You too can take your email marketing to the next level by utilizing the same points mentioned above and achieve higher results.

10 seconds is all you have…

Attract… Engage… Action…
All you have is just seconds to grab the attention of the visitors and to make them take some action. Once a visitor comes to your website, you need to take care of three key aspects…

1.    Grab their attention
2.    Show them a reason to stay
3.    Oblige them to take action

On a timeline of 10 seconds, let us see how visitors behave. The timeline can be segmented into three parts.

Attract

The first three seconds of time period can be stated as the crucial phase where the visitors decide to stay or not on the website. Hence, once the visitors enter your website, you need to influence them to stay on the website. The information should be impactful and interesting that it should compel them to stay on the site for more time.

Engage

Once you attract the visitors and make them stay on your page, you need to engage them. You can do this by providing them valuable and factual information in an easily understandable way. The time to comprehend the information should be minimal.

Your content being pretty enough won’t do, it has to be too good and useful to make it worthwhile. Remember that webpages are usually scanned and not read. So you need to change their focus from just scanning to reading sections in your pages and keynoting the ideas from the concepts.

Action

Visitors have come to the concluding stage. They have gone through the material and want to take the next action. Provide them with a clear call-to-action. As a thumb rule, make the calls-to-action clickable. Do not give just vague calls-to-action like “Click Here” and leave them in the dark. Be specific and clear like “Click here to download the EBook”.

These Attracting, Engaging and Actionable techniques are the key elements that make the website super gluing.

Google Plus changes, nobody notices

Note: Post Originally Appeared at  IT World

Videos will help you figure out what's new in social network you've been ignoring

Imagine my surprise when I noticed that the Google team had posted six new videos around its Google+ social network, with how-to advice like how to set up your profile; how to share photos, videos and links; how to do a Hangout; how to add comments and "+1"; and what the heck Circles are.

At first, you'd think these are just videos that were meant to coincide with the social network's launch, and they're now getting published. But no, all of these videos are part of a site-wide update of new features for the site. For example, the profile page now includes a Facebook Timeline-like cover photo that you can add - so now not only can you add a photo of your face, but do one of those panoramic sweeping photos of the mountain that you climbed (or wish you had climbed).

The problem is, there are so few people on the site (compared to Facebook), you probably won't notice these changes unless someone comes up and tells you (like me). For anyone still excited about Google Plus, here are the new videos:

First up, an overview of the new features:

Next up, how to edit your profile, including adding the new "cover photo":

The third video is how to share different things with your friends, such as photos, videos and links:

The fourth video shows you how to do a Hangout, a giant video chat with other friends who are also sitting in front of their cameras, and do goofy thinks like wear a virtual pirate hat. Unlike something useful, like being able to record a Hangout and upload back to YouTube.

The fifth video shows you how to add a comment, push the "+1" button, and add insipid comments to all of the things that your friends are commenting on.

In the final video, we get a quick look at all of the work you need to do to separate all of your "friends" into smaller buckets, called "circles", in which you get to categorize people the way you see fit.

The more I watch these videos, the more annoyed I get with Google on this - maybe it's the crappy acoustic guitar music (Apple does the same thing with its videos and commercials) that aims to make it feel like this is so easy, but the fact is that all of this integration is making Google Plus harder than it needs to be. It's like we all got excited about Google Plus, but then didn't do anything about it - most of us, if we added a profile at all to begin with, just went back to Facebook and Twitter and the other social sites.

Maybe these new videos and profile changes and other updates will help, but it's still pretty lonely in the Google Plus town, other than people writing about Google Plus.
